I think I have a healthy life style. I exercise every day because doing exercise is good for health. I eat vegetables twice a day. I eat fruit four times a week. My favorite fruit is pears. I have milk once a day. Milk can make my bone strong. I only eat dunk food once a week because junk food is bad for health. I sleep about eight hours every day.
